The main focus of the Assistant Manager – Retail Sales would be to drive the customer experience and sales in store, motivating and training the Sales team to deliver sales and customer related KPI’s,
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides adequate challenges for top performers and retain these individuals within the organization
Builds team spirit and morale by actively seeking and implementing innovative ideas to improve sales, and employee training
Reinforces the company’s commitment to customer service
Ensures the store is merchandised in a way that is consistent with company philosophies, brand expectations, working with the in store operations team to ensure the store is merchandised well.
To boost store staffs ‘performance and achieve sales targets through coaching and training.
Ensure an outstanding customer experience and drive our Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Elevate customer experience and drive respective location’s Units per Transaction (UPT) by actively introducing new, focusing on the underperformers and strategic categories. Drive conversion by ensuring all guests are approached and served
Mentor sales team in all areas of service excellence
Resolve customer issue trends by investigating opportunities, developing solutions, preparing reports and coaching staff on managing similar challenges in the future
Highlights and manages underperformance with SM/ROM and puts in place improvement plans
Form 5 and above, minimum 5 years of retail sales experience.
Possess excellent communication, and analytical skills
Self-motivated, mature and good team-player.
Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Good PC skills such as MS Office
Strong logical mindset, high-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
Exceptionally organised, with time management and multitasking skills
Immediate available is highly preferred
