We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our team,
Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in kitchen.
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the day-to-day operations in the Kitchen.
Supervise junior chef to ensure and deliver consistent high-quality food with passion.
Monitor the portion controls and adhere to the standards of the Company.
Have thorough understanding and participate in menu planning.
Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
2 years + of pastry experience in hotels, western fine dining restaurants and/or French pastry production
Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, creative and service-oriented
Passionate, self-motivated, and open-minded
A good team player with strong communication skills
Good spoken English & Cantonese
