The team manage existing FX relationships and deliver J.P. Morgan performance reviews focusing on execution, risk management and mitigation, solutions for client strategic FX requirements and the FX value proposition. The team also provides clients with insight on industry trends, market updates, regulatory and process changes.
Reporting to the Global Head of FXCM, the APAC Team Lead will be responsible for managing the regional FXCM team and driving the APAC custody FX business by managing the existing and prospective custody FX clients across the region.
The candidate will be measured by their ability to grow the custody FX business, develop direct and deep relationships internally with key partners, including sales and product, as well as with clients in order to influence client behaviour. The Team Lead will be responsible for creating and executing a sales strategy for the region.
Responsible for management of the region’s existing client base, a key component of the role is to monitor service standards, ensuring the highest possible levels of client satisfaction, while focusing on creating client solutions.
The candidate is expected to work closely with Trading, Product, Operations and Service to ensure the smooth running of the product offering and develop and deliver new, innovative FX solutions for clients. The candidate is also required to partner with Platform Sales, who have overall responsibility for the broader client relationship across Securities Services.
