Duties and Responsibilities
Communicating and advising
Plan and deliver communications and content to support our drive towards a more customer-obsessed corporate culture. Develop a robust 12-month change communications plan that will inspire new ways of thinking and behaving across the organization. Produce content, collaterals and training materials with clear and consistent messaging, leveraging a variety of communication materials and channels. Support stakeholders across APAC to cascade the message by providing communication advice and best practice. Support the development and narration of playbooks and other key engagement documentation.
Business partnering and stakeholder engagement
Engage with business leaders and change champions who will be visible and vocal advocates for change. Work across diverse teams and business to ensure communications activities are delivered effectively across the region. Source and consolidate input from various teams to develop communication content, such as success stories of business wins and examples of client-centric behavior, using existing knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry and JLL’s structure. Provide information, resources and guidance to ensure communications are effectively executed and cascaded throughout the organization. Partner with key stakeholders across the business, offering support on collaborative initiatives and be a driving force to ensure project completion.
A marketing mind-set
Craft engaging, concise communications designed to appeal to key audiences at all levels. Explore new, imaginative ways of communicating, using various materials and channels to deliver compelling messages in an engaging way. Work with our creative team to design professional quality materials using a range of dynamic mediums to captivate audiences and inspire change. Track effectiveness among key target audiences and make enhancements for greater impact of the communication program.
Drive a spirit of collaboration across diverse interest groups to help make new behaviours stick. Work seamlessly across boundaries in a collaborative and constructive manner and share knowledge and information to enhance understanding and empathy. Help to build a sense of shared responsibility and accountability, while maintaining a flexible approach to changing priorities.
Create, collate and maintain collaterals and content to successfully engage, inform and educate our people. Work with the business to develop a web-based information portal to contain all shareable information for the Clients and Sales team.Act a connection for the team on Microsoft teams and other collaborative sites to ensure a high level of engagement. Own the maintenance and continued relevance of collaterals for knowledge sharing.
