· Responsbile for general customer service duties like handling customers’ enquiries and complaints
· HKCEE / HKDSE level or above
· Minimum 5 year’s relevant working experience, preferably in club house or hotel
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Pleasant personality and willing to meet challenges
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
