Overview: The Global Private Bank (GPB) Platform Business Management Team supports the business platform for the Asia region. This team plays an important role to manage both run-the-book and change-the-bank business agenda, participates in projects, initiatives to drive the growth of the Private Bank business, and support execution of the strategic business objectives for the senior stakeholders. This team also partners with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to define and implement solutions to comply with new regulations and business requirements across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Job Description: The individual in this role will be part of the Platform Business Management team to provide support, own and manage part of the run-the-bank business agenda. The individual will help executing initiatives across the business platforms, focusing on the continued success and innovation of Global Private Bank.
Initiatives will cover diverse subject matter, manage business changes, design new / enhance existing business processes, maintain overall business sustainability and achieve effective governance. There are also projects and changes to meet local regulatory requirements and support our risk and control agenda.
Success will requires working collaboratively within the Finance and Business Management unit, cross functions including both front office, support functions, operations and technology, senior management, stakeholders across private bank business, in the region and also across EMEA and Latin America teams when required. Responsibilities will inevitably extend from areas mentioned into others.
