Located in Central, 3,500 sq ft feature European cooking style seafood cuisine, modern contemporary design, open daily for lunch and dinner. The project is aiming to ready by Q1 next year.
We are now inviting potential candidate to join as Head Chef
Report to Executive Chef, you play a big part to set up the restaurant from scratch (hiring, concept, menu, dealing with supplier, pricing).
Work closely with the technical contractor for project handover, test run.
Recruit and form the culinary team (12 culinary team members)
Minimum 15 years culinary experience, specializing in seafood cuisine with European cooking style include a minimum 3 years in chef de cuisine capacity.
Hotel / high end stand alone restaurant experience, creative yet quality driven.
Excellent team player, pre opening experience would be a plus.
Native English speaker preferred but not a must.
Food tasting come as part of the mandatory hiring process.
In view of travel restriction, client only consider candidate who is now in Hong Kong / expatriate with valid HK work permit.
