Loan Officer – Mortgage Department 全職

Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to director for business activities and personal matter
• Coordinate with outside parties to assist with project and with budget preparation
• Handle memo, reports and other documents
•  Assist with ad hoc activities if needed
•  Experience in digital marketing or interest to learn marketing is more preferred

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative support or executive assistance
• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Problem-solving ability
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
