Our client, an Investment Bank, is looking for high caliber candidate for the position.
Act as a business partner to provide HR advisory services and support to business managers in areas of resources planning, talent acquisition, talent management , performance management, succession planning and staff engagement, etc
Portfolio covered including Finance & Audit, IT, Legal and Compliance etc.
Offer support on formulating, reviewing and implementing HR systems, policies and procedures
Engage in the end-to-end process of recruitment activities from candidates sourcing to on-boarding
Perform HR analytics which facilitates making of informed decisions on people strategies, policies and initiatives
Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
5 years+ experience in HR relationship management or resourcing, preferably in financial institutions
Good understanding of HR practices and trends in the market
Demonstrate depth and breadth of knowledge in HRM
Good influencing, stakeholder management and project management skills
Strong communication, presentation and people skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with proficiency in Putonghua
