Perform a generalist role to provide support to different HR functions, including compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, training and development and employee engagement etc.
Assist C&B function including leave & attendance management, personal data update, MPF administration, movement letter preparation and benefit administration
Support talent acquisition such as job posting, interview arrangement and on-boarding arrangement
Participate in employee relations events/ activities coordination
Assist any ad-hoc project and duties as required
Bachelor holder; with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
Experience in handling payroll and compensation and benefits administration
Proficient in MS Office, Excel & Word
