Handle insurance pre-approval, direct billing and claims control related administrative work for company business partners and clients
Efficiently handle, co-ordinate and manage insurance claims for company clients and insurance partners
On-site / remote customer service support for handling patient enquiries, complaints and claims etc.
Provide administrative support on business partnerships with insurance companies, hospitals, marketing partners or external medical service providers
Provide business and administrative support on maintaining business databases, company service rate card, SOP and other business documents / databases
Liaise with internal departments and external parties for programme or service execution
Provide excellent customer and account services to premier customers
Assist to provide internal training to frontline staff
Assist to prepare financial reports and management reports
Diploma or above
8 years of working experience, at least 2 years’ relevant experience with prior experience in hospital and insurance company preferred
Experience in the area of insurance, medical billing or financial matters would be an advantage
Client-focused with excellent administrative and coordination skills
Efficient, highly accurate, detailed-minded, self-motivated, able to work independently, proactive in problem solving
Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Willing to take the initiative, detailed minded, high level of accuracy
