+ Work closely with the project teams reporting requirements and agreements from BIM coordination meetings
+ Generate and implement the Revit, Civil 3D, OpenRoads models at the start of new projects by using company standards and developing new templates when required
+ Perform day-to-day management of the digital models to comply with the ISO 19650 and project-specific standards
+ Exchange large amounts of project data with multiple consultants through BIM360 Cloud, ProjectWise or other CDE platforms
+ Organize weekly BIM coordination and clash detection meetings with client representatives and external consultants
+ Generate 3D federated models for clash detection, and reports to demonstrate coordination progress and clash mitigation
+ Understand and proactively implement the required LOD, LOIN and CoBie data, as per project-specific requirements
+ Develop periodic training sessions for the organization and clients
+ Updating internal protocols within the organization and conducting the BIM external audits
+ Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
+ Bachelor’s degree or above in Building Services Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural / Building Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering or equivalent
+ CIC Certified BIM Manager (CCBM)
+ Minimum 8-10 years’ project experience including 4-5 years’ hands-on BIM experience on complex and large-scale projects
+ In-depth experience within a work-sharing environment (e.g. CDE) and demonstrable ability on using 3D coordination software (Navisworks and Synchro) are essential
+ Extensive knowledge of standard BIM practices, techniques and procedures
+ Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese while proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage
+ Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager, BIM, Structural, Building Engineering.
