You will be responsible for the portfolio’s operations and management of industrial buildings and warehouses.
Provide leadership and direction on operations and management such as the design specification, maintenance schedule planning and budget planning/control relating to CAPEX and OPEX works
Take the lead in technical and sustainability issues
Ensure completion of assigned upgrading and Additional & Alteration works in accordance to expectation within the timeline and budget
Conduct quality assurance review to ensure the works and document comply with internal and external guidelines that completed by certified consultants, contractors, and outsourced property management companies
Monitoring and reporting on all phases of planning and construction, monitoring the cleaning, security and other service providers’ standard
Supervise the handover works for tenants’ move in and out of the premises, handling emergency incident, tenant’s complaints.
Degree holder in Project and Facilities Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Surveying or related fields
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in property management
Team player, possess excellent communication and management skills
Good computer literacy and have sound knowledge of M&E systems
Certification as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer; and professional qualification such as MHKIE, MHKIS, MRICS or equivalent will be advantageous
