Handle restaurant reservations and enquiries
Meet and greet guests in a professional manner
Maintain and update daily record and statistics and file all relevant memorandums and correspondence properly
Perform other administrative tasks such as typing menus, drafting letters and facsimiles of confirmation
Prepare restaurant seating plans and allocate tables
Assist Waiters/Waitresses for certain tasks during the service
Formal training from VTC/ IVE/ Technical Institute
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in hotel
Excellent command of English and Cantonese
Initiative and Good Customer Service Skills
