Assist the daily operation of the bread section in pastry kitchen, including production, preparation and presentation, ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery in alignment with the overall hotel initiatives and brand standards;
Communicate directly with customers in liaison with the Cake Shop to ensure all the special orders are properly done and follow up;
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in and around all culinary work areas.
3 – 5year in related pastry experience, especially in hospitality industry;
Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills;
Multi-Tasking, self-motivated, attention to details, well-organized and responsible;
Independent and able to work under pressure;
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Commis II.
