Handle restaurant reservations and inquiries in a professional manner;
Maintain and update daily record and statistics and file all relevant memorandums and correspondence;
Ensure the table reservations system with update information;
Perform administrative tasks assigned supervisor.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in luxury hotel;
Excellent communication skills and fluent in Cantonese and English, knowledge in Mandarin is a plus;
Initiative and good customer service skills.
