**We are looking for an HR and Admin Clerk to join our team and support the day-to-day activities our of Company. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Provide clerical and administrative support for the Company;
Responsible for day-to-day activities of the company and preparation of documents such as general correspondence, presentation & project documents;
Assisting in basic accounting matters;
Responsible for general human resources activities;
Assisting in the recruitment process including post job ads, CV screenings, scheduling job interviews and contact candidates as needed;
Maintaining hardcopy and digital personnel records such as employment contracts, leave records etc
Updating internal databases with job applicant information and new hire information;
Gathering payrollinvoice data and processing them on time;
Preparing regular reports;
Answering telephone calls and staff enquiries about benefits
Taking on any other duties as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Higher Diploma holder or above, prefer in business administration or related discipline;
1+ years office working experience preferable; (fresh graduate Degree holders are also welcome);
Good command of English and Chinese;
Good skill in common software such as MS Office Word & Excel;
Fast and accurate typing skills in English (40 wpm) and Chinese (25 wpm);
Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance an advantage;
Good discipline, well-organised, detailed-minded, with a strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently;
Have integrity and accountability, a teamplayer.
