The Building Maintenance Unit of the Campus Management Office is responsible for managing all aspects of building maintenance with an aim to provide a well-maintained, safe and sustainable environment for all campus users. We are looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Unit. The appointee will be responsible for the following:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or related disciplines. Applicants should have strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills with the ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications with practical recommendations. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is a must, and proficiency in Putonghua is preferred. Hands-on experience in application design, configuration, customisation, report development, system integration and implementation, as well as knowledge in AutoCAD would be an advantage. (Duration: 1 year)
