Create engaging materials to educate the audience on the technical and process implementation using a variety of channels (presentations, one-sheeters, eLearning (Brainshark), pre-recorded technical demonstration videos, and/or quizzes) from Process content, Change Impact Assessments and video replays of technical demonstrations
