This role is expected to coordinate / manage all transversal initiatives / projects within CIB Operations team to improve efficiency and levels of standardization across all Operations, including regional, local and offshoring teams.

As part of the Governance team, the role may be required to support other Governance tasks when there is the need.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
