Receptionist – Baltimore
Job Description Summary
Provides high level customer service for clients and fee earners, answer phones, and help maintain the office.
Greet all client employees, candidates, visitors and customers.
Work with building management for employee badges and maintenance requests.
Contact client employees to announce their visitors so they can be escorted to the proper person/location.
Advise/direct visitors of which conference room their meeting will take place.
Make appropriate travel arrangements, when requested (taxi, shuttles or car service to airports, hotels, restaurants, and train station).
Provide directions to and from the client campus, when needed.
Answer phones and direct all calls accordingly.
Inform visitors of where the lavatories are and allow them access through the doors.
Assist with any special projects.
Complete payroll or other administrative duties, when needed.
All duties as assigned.
Must assist in providing services in all service lines in addition to primary role.
