DJRecruit Asia Limited is currently based in Hong Kong, with a remit to expand into other major locations across Asia to service our clients. We offer services in retained and contingency search for permanent, interim management / contract and onsite staff, including recruitment solutions for large scale projects.
Our client is a sizable and stable international law firm with a friendly and dynamic working environment. They are recently seeking a receptionist to manage the front desk and support the general office administrative work.
Supporting the HR Manager and the Administrative Officer
Managing the switchboard of the firm
Ensuring the front desk area, meeting rooms and pantry are clean and tidy
Greeting all incoming guests and providing professional customer services
Handling all incoming mails and courier
Managing the meeting rooms booking system
Closely working with IT team to prepare the equipment and materials required for meetings and conference calls
Catering ordering and breakfast / lunch meetings coordination
Stationery and other office supplies ordering
Prepare the attendance report of internal staff
Liaising with the building management office on office facilities maintenance
Ad hoc office administrative support
Tertiary educated with fluency of spoken English
At least 1 years working experience in customer service / reception
Good team player with excellent presentation and communication skills
Candidates with legal / banking / finance / Big 4 / MNCs background will be considered first
