ALKF+ has been established as an architectural firm in Hong Kong for over 50 years with a portfolio consisting of institutional ventures, hotel developments, residential and commercial projects. In year 2005 to 2016, ALKF was awarded the top 10 architectural firms in Hong Kong by BCI Asia based on year’s market share. In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite professional candidates for the following position.

Resident Assistant Clerk of Works (RACOW)

駐地盤助理工程監督

Minimum qualifications :
(a) Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent;

(b) 3 years relevant post qualification experience on supervising Building and Foundation/ELS works or 5 years relevant experience inclusive of 2 years relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor/or equivalent in Building and Foundation/ELS discipline in private /public works projects; or 3 years relevant post qualification experience inclusive of 2 years relevant experience as Resident Works Supervisor I or equivalent in Building and Foundation/ELS discipline in private/ public works projects ;

(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/ Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent ;

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

3. 及在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科達到第二級*或以上成績或同等學歷;

[註*2007年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)所考獲的E級成績亦接受等同於2007年後的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科所考獲的第二級成績。]

General Note

The tentative commencement date of employment will be in April 2022.

The tentative employment period for RACOW will be around 18 months.

備註:
合約期暫定由二零二二年四開始。

預計合約期約為十八個月(駐地盤助理工程監督)。
