The Senior Manager for HR Business Management and Projects will assist the Head of HR for Hong Kong to drive HR efficiency and effectiveness; internal control; compliance and business performance for all HR services delivery in Hong Kong. The job holder is a subject matter expert to identify and monitor short and long-term HR risks, who has a key role to alert the Head of HR, HK for any abnormal and inappropriate situation and irregular operational condition.
As a senior team player in the Hong Kong HR Team, the job holder will collaborate with HR Solutions, Local HR Business Partner, and the Regional HR Teams to implement regional and local transversal projects and initiatives; to streamline and reengineer HR processes; to develop, recommend, and introduce new operation strategies.
