This critical role will be managing the frontline operation of the Cosmetics and Personal Care Division, while also supporting the Brand Director and the back-office team.
The ideal candidate would have experience to manage frontline, preferably with past secretarial/ administrative duties in supporting a team.
Reports to: Brand Director, Cosmetics and Personal Care Division
Retail Operations (80%)
Lead merchandiser team to support all instore level activities, secure off-shelf displays and monitor competitive tracking at 700+ distributions.
Lead Beauty Consultant team to set key doors target, roster to improve BC productivity; work with sales and marketing teams to come up with trade marketing support to drive top door sales.
Host monthly meetings with BC and supervisors to facilitate information sharing and communications for better strategic planning.
Team Administration (20%)
Handle all divisional projects and meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle business correspondence, agenda, memo, presentation, reports, documents and other administrative duties
Support the whole division’s administrative tasks.
Support ad hoc assignments when required.
Diploma or above with 4 years’ working experience in Retail Operations and office administration or related disciplines.
Experience managing frontline staff and setting sales targets.
Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint) in both English and Chinese Word Processing.
Well organized and detail-minded to handle multi-tasking.
A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
