The Role
Manage telephone, internet and email enquiries from employers and domestic helpers
Welcome and direct clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Provide general administrative support
Requirements
Team player with an upbeat, positive attitude
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and telephone manner
Proficient in MS Office
Immediate availability is preferred
