Focus on the private client relationship development.
Handle transactional duties and the consultative selling process.
Assist the relationship managers for client order entry.
Perform trading and operational duties through online account management systems.
Establish the administrative workflow and marketing campaigns to achieve the supervisor’s business objective.
Liaise with product managers, operations, administration, trading desks, compliance, audit, accounting and other specialists to coordinate treasury services.
Maintain receiving prospects and clients to enhance relationship manager’s client service.
Ensure that necessary documentation is completed.
Perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor from time to time
With Bachelor Degree or above, preferably with major in Finance, Economics, Accounting, business Administration or related disciplines;
1 year working experience in Banking industry or fresh graduated is considerable
Highly motivated individual who can work well in a team
Willingness to learn with positive attitude
Proficiency in English and Mandarin, good technical communication and presentation skills
Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
High proficiency in professional computer applications;
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
