Job description:
· Assist in handling recruitment process such as job-ad posting, arrangement of interviews, verification of candidate’s documents, etc.
· Assist in payroll preparation and data checking, insurance renewal
· Update and maintain HR records, attendance records and filing system
· Assist in full spectrum of office administration function such as office supplies, repair & maintenance, office security, office space planning, renovation and relocation etc;
· Contact and negotiate with vendors for preparing quotation;
· Check the billings and prepare expenses reports for management’s approval;
· Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors;
Requirements:
· Higher Diploma or above in business management or equivalent
· 2 years or above relevant experience in HR & Admin
· Experience in F&B industry is preferred
· Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related statutory regulations
· Proficient in MS Office application
· Good command of both English and Chinese (Japanese preferable)
· Multi-tasking, independent, mature and stable
· Immediate available will be an advantage
