Sales Assistant (Japanese Speaking) (Urgent) 全職

Job Description:

Provide effective and efficient sales support to the sales team;

Responsible for the daily operation of Sales Department including preparing sales quotation and invoice;

Follow up order arrangements, after-sales services and other administrative support;

Assist in providing general clerical support and reports in timely manner;

Assist in payment collection by email and follow-up calls;

Develop and maintain a good relationship with clients;

Coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction;

Perform documents checking to ensure all trade transactions are in compliance with internal procedures & guidelines and regulatory requirements;

Various ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

Tertiary education or equivalent

Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese and Japanese (JLPT Level 2 or above)

2 years or above experience in sales supporting role, with Japanese Seafood Product knowledge is an advantage

Aggressive, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work under pressure

Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese/Japanese Word Processing
