As the Vice President of HR for the company, you will work closely with the CEO who is charged with taking this company to the next level. We are seeking an experienced business sparring partner who can be a sounding board and coach to the leadership team. We are seeking a leader that has experience putting best practices and processes in place internationally, especially with organizational design in a fast-paced environment with organic and inorganic growth. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience filling talent gaps in a way that compliments the organization’s strategy.
